By accessing or using MasslyAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use MasslyAI. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.
MasslyAI is an AI-powered career guidance platform that helps users discover, explore, and plan their career paths. MasslyAI is an informational and guidance tool only — it is NOT a licensed career counselor, therapist, psychologist, or professional advisor of any kind. All guidance provided is for informational purposes only and should not be treated as professional career, financial, or life advice.
You must create an account to use MasslyAI. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use MasslyAI. Users under 15 must have parent or guardian consent. You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding and to keep your information updated.
You agree to use MasslyAI only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform. You must not use MasslyAI to harass, harm, or impersonate others. You must not attempt to extract or manipulate the underlying AI system. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.
MasslyAI offers a Pro subscription (Navigator Pro) that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your Profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Prices are shown in INR for Indian users and USD for international users.
MasslyAI uses artificial intelligence to provide career guidance. AI responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. MasslyAI does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any guidance provided. Users should independently verify important career decisions and consult qualified professionals when needed. MasslyAI is not liable for any decisions made based on AI guidance.
MasslyAI and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by Milap Purohit and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on MasslyAI without explicit written permission.
MasslyAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MasslyAI and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost career opportunities, financial losses, or decisions made based on AI guidance.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
